Bainford: Rafinia s skills are great, but what really makes him do is his excellent aerobic endurance
Recently, Rafinia's teammate Bainford, who played for Leeds United, shared his first impression of Rafinia on the podcast (The Cycling GK 's journey).
Banford said: "Most players who join Leeds will give you a 'not bad' feeling, but it takes time to adapt. However, Rafinia was so eye-catching in her first training session, this guy is really strong."
"He transferred from Rennes, and I didn't know much about him at the time, I only remember that he was very thin, but he could run all day. Of course, he didn't run at the top speed, but he did maintain high speed for a long time."
Banford also mentioned a conversation with Spanish coach Ruben in the rehabilitation team. "We agreed that although his skills are good, what really makes him perform well under Frick is his aerobic endurance, this ability to keep running."
"In the GPS test, the team showed high levels under Bielsa, with a high intensity running distance of about 900 meters. And Lafinia can run 1,300 meters every time, and this is true in every game."
