According to Sky Sports, Tottenham began negotiating with Bayern to loan Paligna.

It is reported that Tottenham Hotspur is negotiating with Bayern on loan for Portuguese midfielder Paligna. The current negotiations are pure lease and do not include buyout options or forced buyout terms.

Palinia transferred from Fulham to Bayern last summer with a transfer fee of up to £47.4 million, and the midfielder has three years left on a contract with Bayern.
