Scotto: Mavericks sign two-way contract with 23-year-old Guinea center Moussa Cisse

Cisse is from Guinea, Africa. He is 23 years old and plays a center position. He is 6 feet 10 tall. He comes from the University of Memphis and played 35 games in college last season, averaging 5.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 18.2 minutes per game.
