Musiara suffered a serious injury from a fibula fracture in the Club World Cup against Paris. It is reported that the player will not return until the end of the year.

According to German media Biography, Musiara has begun rehabilitation training and aims to return to the arena with a stronger attitude.

Musiara successfully completed surgery on the left calf fibula and left ankle ligament this Monday. On Wednesday, he posted a video to greet fans for the first time since his injury: "I want to thank everyone for the great support I have given me. This really means a lot to me. It's great to see the world of football united at such a moment. It's really enjoyable here. The operation went very smoothly and I got very good treatment. During the next period, I will work hard to recover and maintain a positive attitude."

Biography revealed Musiara's rehabilitation plan. Although he was on a cane, the rehabilitation training will begin early.

Musiara is in good condition at the moment and he is very happy to receive a lot of concern from the entire football community. Musiara will be in the hospital until about the end of this weekend, as the best care for the wound can be provided here. In addition, Musiala has begun to receive lymphatic drainage to quickly reduce swelling and prevent postoperative edema.

Musiara will be on a cane for about six weeks and wear special boots with splints until the bones are completely healed. Nevertheless, he will start rehabilitation training immediately after being discharged from the hospital. Although the feet cannot bear weight for the time being, Musiara can already start light physical training on the upper body.

The ideal equipment for this purpose is an arm dynamometer (ramp car), which is of course also equipped in the rehabilitation room of Bayern training base. It works like a classic bicycle dynamometer, but shaking it with your arms. This allows him to start training as early as possible and avoid excessive physical loss.

In addition, there are many classic core stability trainings that can be done even in special boots. "Alter G", an anti-gravity treadmill with a vacuum capsule, will be used later, which can significantly reduce the impact during running. This allows training with significant reductions and even little gravity, thereby rebuilding energy with reduced body weight and foot load. Neuer also made his initial running attempt on this after suffering a severe tibial and fibula fracture.

After about six weeks of crutches and splint/special boot phase, Musiara's foot will be examined again, with Bayern's team doctor and physiotherapist accompanying him almost 24/7 throughout the recovery period. If everything goes as planned, he can probably start light running training and functional training in mid-to-late August, while strengthening the rehabilitation training unit. There will be a training unit on outdoor turf for the first time in the following weeks.

Bayern expects Musiara to need to rest for a total of four to five months. If all goes well, Musiara can return to the arena in November/December in a strong state to welcome the 2026 World Cup year in a critical stage in the league and the Champions League.
